This policy explains how Crosspoint Marketing ("Crosspoint," "we," "us"), owned and operated by Wesley Rice in Amarillo, Texas, collects, uses and protects information when you visit our website, contact us, or become a client.

1. Information we collect

Information you give us: your name, business name, phone number, email, what you need help with, and anything you write in a form, text, call, chat or booking.
Booking details: the date and time you choose and any notes you add.
Automatic information: device and browser type, pages viewed, referring site and approximate location, collected through cookies and similar tools (for example analytics and our chat and booking widgets).
Client account data: if you become a client, we set up a CRM account for your business. It holds information about your own leads and customers (names, phone numbers, emails, messages, appointments and pipeline notes) that you or your website collect.

2. How we use information

To respond to you, schedule and hold calls, and prepare your free mock-up.
To provide our services: websites, hosting, the CRM, automations, text-back, reminders, review requests, AI chat and AI receptionist.
To send the text messages and emails you agreed to receive (see SMS terms below).
To bill you, keep records and meet legal obligations.
To improve our website and services, and to prevent fraud and abuse.

3. CRM and lead data we handle for clients

When we run a CRM account for your business, we process your leads' and customers' information on your behalf and on your instructions. You own that data. We use it only to provide the services you signed up for, we don't sell it, and we don't use it to market our own services. You're responsible for having the right to collect it and for getting any consent your messaging requires. When you leave, we can export your data to you on request and then delete it from our systems within a reasonable time, unless the law requires us to keep it.

4. SMS / text messaging

If you check a text-message consent box or text us first, we may send you texts about your request, appointments and service (transactional), and, only if you separately opted in, occasional marketing texts. Message frequency varies. Msg & data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time; reply HELP for help, or call 806-268-9790. Consent is not a condition of purchase.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text-messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties, except service providers (such as our messaging platform and carriers) that deliver messages on our behalf.

5. How we share information

We don't sell personal information. We share it only with:

Service providers that help us run the business, such as our CRM and messaging platform, phone and email providers, hosting, scheduling, analytics and payment processors, bound to use it only for our services.
Legal reasons: when required by law, or to protect our rights, our clients or the public.
Business transfers: if the business is sold or merged, under this policy's protections.

6. Cookies and analytics

We use cookies and similar tools to keep the site working, measure visits and conversions (for example Google Analytics), and run our chat and booking tools. You can block cookies in your browser; some features may stop working.

7. Data retention and security

We keep information as long as needed for the purposes above, for our records, or as the law requires. We use reasonable administrative, technical and physical safeguards, but no system is completely secure.

8. Your choices and rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete your personal information, or stop marketing messages, by contacting us below. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under state privacy laws; we'll honor them as the law requires.

9. Children

Our services are for businesses and are not directed to children under 13. We don't knowingly collect their information.

10. Changes

We may update this policy. We'll change the date above, and for material changes we'll give notice on the site or by email.
